This policy is normally taken by builders or contractors carrying out contracted works on any property or building.

It has been specifically design to cover:

• loss or damages to the property or building being constructed
• loss or damages to third party for death, bodily injury or property damage arising during the course of the contract work
• cost of clearance of debris

 The policy can be on an annual or monthly basis for many contracts or for a single contract.
